P7: INTEGRATE THE SCRIPTED CHARACTER WITH THE STORY LINE TO CREATE THE FINAL PRODUCT
Here are a few of my sketches out of the comic panel layout to display the kind of art style I am using:
As you can see, I use a very simple drawing style for many of the illustrations. I am an amateur when it comes to illustrating comic books and have few of the skills that professionals use to make high-quality looking comic book illustrations. Instead of viewing this as a flaw, I attempted to make the most out of it by sticking with a simple and "Amateur" art style. This makes the drawings simple and easy to follow thus making the story and narrative easy to follow for readers. It also adds an element of humour in that the drawings can often be comedically simple.
Furthermore, the drawing style being simple and "Amateur" conveys a message to the audience that everyone can draw and work on something that interests them despite their lack of skill. This ties in with my ideas for themes within the comic of perseverance and that despite personal flaws or self doubt everyone can improve and be a hero in their own way.
This approach to comic style can be seen in the work of author and illustrator "ONE." He is most famous for originally writing and illustrating the web comics "One Punch Man" and "Mob Psycho 100." These comics are now massively popular and have spawned incredibly popular manga and anime series. Here are a few examples of One's art:

I placed the images within the template on an application called "ComicLife." I then added the speech and thought bubbles and their text using the same programme. Unfortunately the app version I used was only a free trial, and as such the comic has a watermark on it that I cannot remove. This is unfortunate as it gets in the way of my true vision of the comics visuals, however I think the comic is still enjoyable despite this.
It flows well as intended and is easy to read and follow.
Overall I am very happy with the end result of this project.
