Having laid out the concept/proposal document, I will now produce a storyboard to give an outline of what shots I want to include in the video and how they will flow into each other:
P3: Produce Pre-Production Materials
To aid in the creation of my project, I will be creating various pre-production materials. These materials are key to production as they help to keep it on track with timescales as well as revealing any flaws in the production plan such as risks and hazards.
Timescales:
Here are a few pre-production documents relating to timekeeping, timescales and milestones to keep the project on track:
Gantt Chart:
This Gantt chart helps to give an idea of the general milestones and timescale of the project, and helps me to ensure that it is kept on track, and that I know if it is behind schedule.
For a more specific schedule into the recording process I have created a production schedule:

Risk Assessment:
Having planned out the timescales of the production, I will now continue with pre-production materials. One document that is very important and must be available to everybody on set is a risk assessment. This avoids legal trouble as it ensures that everybody on set and all the equipment is safe from harm, and that all risks are minimised.

In order to go ahead with the proposed filming in accordance with legal industry standards, I had to get permission documents signed by both the talent in the video as well as permissions to use the private college studio space.
